Photographers

If you have been assigned to cover an upcoming SFhepBfree event, please follow the instructions below.

  1. By snail mail - Photos on CD/DVD is preferred. Please mail to 809 Sacramento Street, San Francisco, CA 94108 immediately after the event (attn: Jeanelle Chang).
  2. By email - Email your photos in a ZIP file to photos at sfhepbfree.org. Please do NOT email them as individual attachments.
  3. Via SendSpace - If the zip file is too large to email, use http://www.sendspace.com to send. Again, please do not send photos as individual attachments.
Photographers may be asked to upload their photos directly to our online photo sharing accounts. Please check with Jeanelle Chang for more information.


Videographers

Videographers are asked to upload their videos directly to our YouTube account unless otherwise instructed. Please check with Christine Hsu for more information @ (415) 321-5868.
