New 2 Shot Vaccine Available!

It is now easier than ever to get protected from hepatitis B! In 2017 the FDA approved the use of a new 2 dose vaccine. In 2018, the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), part of the CDC, recommended the new 2 dose vaccine in use for adults 18 and older. The fewer doses required and shorter timeline between doses should increase compliance and make it easier for patients to complete the series.
