SF Hep B Free with Samoan Solutions 12th Annual 5K Turkey Trot for Charity

Community education is something to be grateful for because it is one way that connects local ethnic and community groups with our work here at SFHBF. This past Saturday at the Samoan Solutions 12th Annual 5K Turkey Trot for Charity at Brisbane park, SFHBF gave away free swag to Pacific islander vendors, runners and patrons, educated 77 people, even made new community friends who want to collaborate with us and landed a spot on another Pacific islander podcast show! People were excited to learn about Hep B and how to prevent, manage and get linkage to care if needed.
